It is estimated that 7.3 million women of childbearing age in the United States have fertility problems. Between 20%-24% of couples who are of reproductive age will have infertility issues.

Studies have shown that Chinese herbs can double the chances of getting pregnant when compared to fertility drugs or IVF. (Complementary Therapies in Medicine, Volume 19, Issue 6, December 2011)

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fertility is mostly concerned with three components; Jing, Qi, and Blood. Fertility and Jing: Kidney Jing is considered the reproductive essence of the body.

In reproductive terms, Jing is associated with the function of the ovaries and the pituitary gland. An abundance of Kidney Jing will not only ensure the proper secretion of hormones at the proper time but will ensure that there will be an abundant transmission of Jing at conception.

Fertility and Qi: Qi plays an important role in fertility due to its connection to the movement of fluids and its communication among the organs of the body. Of particular importance is the role played by Qi in moving the mature egg from the ovary through the fallopian tube to the uterus, and the shedding of the endometrium during menstruation.

Fertility and Blood: Blood plays a critical role in fertility. Not only is sufficiency of blood important, but movement also plays a pivotal role. The primary role of blood in fertility is for the nourishment and thickening of the endometrium. After conception, it is the blood that will bring vital nutrients to the developing embryo.

Quality, Safety & Purity
Vertical Integration from Seed to Drum
To bring you authentic and sustainable botanical raw materials, we have partnered with a vertically integrated manufacturer. At the farm or wild-crafting site, our manufacturing partner ensures complete characterization of final product identity and composition first with the proper identification of the raw plant materials.

Water Processing
At the manufacturing facility, the raw plant material is processed in pure, clean, natural water. No alcohol, hexane or other industrial solvent is ever used, ensuring that no solvent residues will ever be present in the finished extract.

The water used for extraction undergoes a purification process that includes activated charcoal filtration, deionization, multilayer micro filtration, and multi-stage UV light treatment. The resulting water we use is USP grade.

Thorough Analytical Testing
Throughout the processing procedure, the extracts are subjected to extensive analytical testing.

To achieve this, a combination of technologies is used, including:

  • simple organoleptic testing
  • HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)
  • HPTLC (High Performance Thin Layer Chromatography)
  • UV Spectrophotometry.

Clean Room Packaging
After the extract ingredients are spray dried into a powder, the powder is collected in an isolated temperature and humidity controlled clean room area of the facility. The clean room area prevents contamination of extract powders from moisture, dirt, and other extract powders.
